Wedding Ceremonies
We are fully licensed for civil wedding ceremonies and partnerships, which enables couples to hold both their wedding ceremony and reception at our venue. Our Ceremony Room is decorated in a elegant neutral palette, allowing couples to add their own style and finishing touches. The room, which comfortably seats up to 80 guests, has exposed oak beams and is lit by the natural light which floods in from several windows and french-doors.
Outdoor Wedding Ceremonies
As an Approved Venue, we are also delighted to offer our couples the choice of an outside wedding ceremony where you can say “I Do” in a wonderful outdoor setting.
Our gardens provide many different options for an outdoor wedding ceremony, from Spring all the way through to the Autumn. Beautiful locations include the formal lawns against the backdrop of the rhododendrons, in full flower, during Spring. For Summer, the natural grass meadow, with it’s mowed paths, provides a tranquil setting. On a warm Autumn day, our woodland glade garden provides a glorious setting for those looking for relaxed outside ceremony.
Ceremony Only
Our ceremony only option allows couples to have an intimate wedding ceremony. Couples may choose to marry in either our Ceremony Room, or gardens. This option also allows time for preparations, refreshments and an opportunity for photographs.
Our ceremony only option takes place on Wednesdays, however other days, including Saturday, may be available. Couples have the option, for a smaller ceremony or even an elopement, with options for guest numbers up to 15 or 30, or a larger ceremony, for guest numbers up to 60.
